Dr. Ramon E. Alegret is triple board-certified in interventional pain management, anesthesiology and internal medicine.
Dr. Alegret completed a pain management fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he served as Chief Fellow. He also completed an anesthesiology residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. Prior to that, he completed an internal medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic Florida. Both medical training programs are ranked among the top 10 in the country, and have received numerous awards and accolades for outstanding academic and medical achievements.
Dr. Alegret received his medical degree from Carlos J. Finlay Medical School in Camaguey, Cuba. He graduated with top honors, including the Golden Seal for Academic Achievements.
In addition to a top-notch education and training, Dr. Alegret is well-loved by his patients. He is known to be compassionate and caring. Dr. Alegret has been practicing medicine for more than 20 years, and is committed to helping patients be pain free!
